Jeffrey King is Deputy Director of the Clean Economy Development Center. Prior to joining the Center, Jeffrey co-founded and served as Deputy Director of the Clean Economy Network, a national advocacy organization for business leaders focused on catalyzing clean development. Until March of 2009, Jeffrey was a Director at Pacific Crest Securities, the preeminent investment bank covering the technology markets.
During his tenure at Pacific Crest Securities, Jeffrey was a founding member of Cleantech for Obama and Chair of the Working Group for the Oregon Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Technology Act (EEAST), a state-wide program to scale retrofit and renewable energy projects, which then served as a model for Senator Merkley’s Clean Energy for Homes and Buildings Act, co-sponsored by Senator Lugar. |
